Booking a session

Booking a session is easy. Contact us and we can arrange a date and time. Our sessions are currently run on weekends, but there is some flexibility if a mid-week session is required. Once the date and time is agreed, the full amount will be required to finalise the booking. Until fully paid, a booking is considered a provisional and we reserve the right to release the booking to a paying customer. We will always contact the person who booked first before releasing the session. We also do house visits, which are priced higher due to travel cost and time. We are able to travel within the UK

If your pet is different from a dog and you would like them photographed, get in touch and see if we can accommodate.

Nervous or Aggressive Pets

We cannot hold photo sessions with aggressive pets. For the safety of the photographer and the well being of the pet we make this a policy. If your pet becomes highly agitated in the company of strangers, we advise against a session. The photo session can be cancelled if an aggressive pet is brought to the session and a 30% cancellation fee will be taken. This is taken to cover the cost of the studio hire, which we are obligated to pay.

Flash Photography

Flash photography is used in our sessions. Most pets are fine with flash photography. Some pets can take time to settle. With the help of the pets owner and some gentle coaxing with treats and toys from the photographer, fantastic photos can be achieved. If you think your pet will become highly distressed we also advise against booking. If you are unsure please get in touch and we can talk it through.  

Cancellations

Cancellations can be made 15 days before the shoot.  After 15 days a 30% fee will be applied. This is to keep in line with the cancellation policy of the studio.
